Question: Have the CIP classes been approved?
 
Answer: All CIP classes have been approved by International Department of Education. Our training course throughout the world is in accordance with the federal legislation and State laws.
 
Question: How is the quality of CIP pre-test teaching?
 
Answer: CIP has adopted the global uniform criteria—uniform teaching materials, uniform test paper and uniform standards of scoring. Also students will receive uniform certificates after they pass the tests.
 
In order to guarantee the authority of the trainings and the certificates, CIP has set up the Following up system to follow the performance of the students as well as establishment assessment system to evaluate the performance of the teachers. We would like to feedback from all of our students.
 
Question: How about the qualification of the teachers?
 
Answer: All the teachers are appointed or sent by CIP. They are all senior experts or professors in related fields.
 
Question: What are the characteristics of the schedule of classes?
 
Answer: CIP has put much importance on the practicality while emphasizing the fundamental professional underlying knowledge.
 
Question: What teaching materials are used?
 
Answer: All the teaching materials are provided by CIP.
 
Question: When is the training schedule?
 
Answer: The training center authorized by CIP will be responsible for arranging the time.
 
Question: Where is the place of training?
 
Answer: Students can receive training any training centers authorized by CIP throughout the world.
 
Question: When to take the tests?
 
Answer: The third weekend in March, June, September and December every year.
 
Question: How to apply for the tests?
 
Answer: You can apply for them at the appointed training centers, taking along four two-sized colorful photos, ID card, educational certificate copies and related working reference.
 
Question: How soon can the students get the certificates?
 
Answer: If you pass the tests, you will receive the certificates within one month.
 
Question: What are the testing criteria?
 
Answer: The final test consists of a writing test and a paper. Students can attend the tests after receiving the training classes. The score will be divided into five grades—from the highest to the lowest, they are A, B, C, D and E. Students receiving scores above and including C will quality for the international professional qualification certificates.
 
Question: How do I take my exams?
 
Answer: All final exams must be taken under the supervision of a Proctor. Students are expected to submit the name of a Proctor and means of contact with that individual to the University for approval A proctor should be a citizen of the student's community that holds a position of integrity, such as a workplace supervisor, librarian, teacher etc. A proctor cannot be a friend or family member. The Proctor will be notified by the professor of the time and date of an exam and will be sent the exam with instructions to return it to the professor upon completion. Students are never required to travel to a central location in order to take a final exam.
 
Question: What do I do if I run into difficulties with a course?
 
Answer: Students, Faculty and Administration are communicating on a regular basis via e-mail, fax and phone etc. so any problems, which may arise, can be resolved as quickly as possible. If circumstances require a delay in completion of the course, a Course Extension Request may be filed. If circumstances occur which prevent continuous enrollment, a Leave of Absence or a Stop-Out Status is provided to accommodate the situation.
 
Question: How do I start my courses?
 
Answer: Upon enrollment and receipt of textbooks, study guides with assignments and related materials, the student returns the dated and signed Start of Instruction Form and Proctor Form to the Registrar who then notifies the professor of the start date for the 15 weeks trimester. The professor will get in touch with the student within the first week of the trimester and a mutually agreeable schedule for contacts will be established at that time. Every course has been planned so that the instructor is in touch with the student through a minimum of six contacts designed to provide feedback and monitoring of the student's progress.
 
Question: What is involved in the application process and how long does it take to get started?
 
Answer: The application process involves submitting the Degree Program Application to CIP along with your Essay and the application fee. The Degree Program Application can be mailed in or you can apply online. Also included in the application process is having your Official Transcripts mailed to CIP by any and all colleges you attended.
 
Once the evaluation of the admission materials is completed by the Admissions Committee, and the applicant is accepted, the applicant is mailed his or her Enrollment Agreement, Degree Program Evaluation, Acceptance Letter, and Textbook Memorandum.
 
The applicant is admitted when the signed Enrollment Agreement and payment is received by CIP. The new student then notifies the university when he or she wants to start instruction.
 
On an average, the entire process normally takes three - four weeks.
